Who we are

Two mothers who have been where you are

We're building MILC because we needed it ourselves. The fourth trimester left us searching for support that met us as we were, not as we thought we should be.

Rebecca, co-founder

Rebecca

Co-founder, coach and former professional ballerina

Rebecca spent 12 years as a professional ballet dancer, performing on some of the world's biggest stages and demanding the utmost from her mind and body. When she retired and welcomed her daughter this February, she met the disorienting identity shift that so often comes with postpartum life, not recognising herself and unsure who she was anymore. That season led her to train as a coach. She now brings her high-performance background together with her new qualifications to help other women move through this transition with more clarity, confidence, and compassion.

Jackie, co-founder

Jackie

Co-founder and business psychologist

Jackie is a business psychologist who currently works as an Enterprise Account Executive at Atlassian. She has spent her career in the corporate world, balancing high performance, leadership, and the demands of frequent business travel. After welcoming her first child this April, she felt first-hand how dramatically motherhood can reshape identity, ambition, and daily life. She now brings her professional insight and her personal experience together, with a deep passion for supporting postpartum women as they navigate this new chapter with more support and self-understanding.
